We are currently supporting the Technical Director of a 5-star award-winning housebuilder located in the slough area. Due to an impressive pipeline of developments our client is seeking a Technical Manager to join their dynamic team and contribute to the success of upcoming projects.
Responsibilities:
As a Technical Manager, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and execution of technical aspects on housing sites.
Key responsibilities include:
- Appointment and oversight of external consultants, encompassing both architectural and engineering disciplines.
- Collaborating with the broader team to ensure seamless project integration.
- Leveraging your expertise to contribute valuable insights and ideas to enhance project outcomes.
- Engaging in proactive problem-solving to address technical challenges.
