Russell Taylor group has a brand-new opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join one of the UK's best regarded testing and inspection companies. In this role you will be responsible for system audits for a range of clients across the UK.
The Role
Deputising for the head of auditor resources as and when required.
Performing third party audits
Developing a strategy to support current and potential revenue streams.
Providing direct line management, monitoring performance, and reporting to the audit team.
Attending the appropriate forums
Formulate individual training plans and profile reviews.
Providing performance reports for staff members
Providing assistance with technical queries relating to certification schemes within the organisation.
The Person
Will need to be comfortable travelling for the role - a car allowance will be provided.
Ideally educated to degree level or have the relevant industrial experience.
Must have experience working within the certification industry.
Will ideally have managed a team.
Good understanding of core management systems or supply chain standards.
Good communication skills, strong motivation with the drive to succeed.
