A fantastic opportunity to join FMG Repair Services, the UK’s largest vehicle repair group, as a Technical Operations Manager.
To provide a consistent level of support and assistance to our Mobile Vehicle Technicians through various job functions, including training new starters, providing field support, ensuring compliance of the mobile repair fleet, preparing new repair units, de-fleeting old repair units, and maintaining equipment for smooth operations.
As the Technical Operations Manager within our Mobile Repair Business, you will be accountable for enhancing our operational efficiency and capability. Your direct responsibilities include optimizing our mobile repair fleet, building essential supplier relationships, and upholding rigorous industry standards to achieve significant cost savings and operational efficiencies.
*Occasional overnight stays will be required.
