Post Sales Technical Consultant Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Post-Sales Technical Consultant to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of solutions for valued clients. As a Post-Sales Technical Consultant, you will collaborate closely with sales, implementation, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' unique needs. Responsibilities of the Post Sales Technical Consultant: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients after the sales process. Lead the technical implementation of our solutions, ensuring smooth deployment and integration with clients' existing systems. Conduct in-depth technical assessments of clients' requirements and develop customised implementation plans. Provide expert guidance and support to clients during the implementation phase, addressing technical challenges and ensuring successful adoption of our solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate departments when necessary. Deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients' technical teams, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize our solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations to optimize the performance and value of our solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously enhancing your technical expertise and sharing knowledge with internal teams. The Post Sales Technical Consultant with have the following requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the Document Solutions / ECM sector. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technologies, including but not limited to: Tungsten Automation, M-Files, DocuWare, Hyland etc. Must be available & flexible to travel the UK & to Europe Have SC clearance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and on-site support.
