Audio Visual Technical Project Manager - £35-45k - Reading (On-site)

We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to come and join an incredible SMART tech company based in Reading. They are currently expanding their networks and increasing both their UK and global reach.

They are a business that enables AV technology to help companies function efficiently within their environments and help with SMART-tech solutions across multi-site businesses. They are known for their bespoke services and they have worked with some of the worlds biggest brands.

This role has been created as they are expanding across all divisions bringing new team members into the company. The role of the Technical Project Manager to be a leader within the operations department. You are the strongest technical figure head within the team and manages and strengthens the delivery of all projects within the business and execute the company core values at all times.

Key responsibilities!

  • Controlling the entire project lifecycle
  • Manage projects with an administrative team to a high standard, excellent customer service, quality on site and protection of margins. As an estimate we have around 30 projects per month with several of these being large 100k plus.
  • Ensure service contract standards and SLA are adhered to andservice manager is covering all logs.
  • Manage all engineers in house and external and the appropriate insurances, vehicles and PPE when required.
  • Manage margins/budgets of each project
  • Alongside the administrators organise and deliver all projects to our standard.
  • Technical specification of all jobs, cables schedules and drawings where required.
  • Ensure all R & M and training are kept up to date
  • Overall management of service contracts alongside a designated engineer

What you'll need!

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Technical Project Manager
  • Experience with AV (Audio Visual) projects
  • Comfortable with working alongside multiple clients
  • Experience with the overall management of multiple projects and the teams
