Ideal candidate skills and qualifications
- Be a qualified Licensed Conveyancer/CILEX or qualified Solicitor
- Have experience in dealing with and understanding the key principles of shared ownership transactions/lease extensions/transfers of equity and unregistered properties
- Have excellent IT and verbal and written communication skills
- Initiative and ability to work in a team
About the role
The primary duties of the Technical Remortgage Solicitor will be to provide support to queries surrounding shared ownership, lease extensions, non-standard restrictions, help to buy, transfers of equity, unregistered properties, non-standard leasehold issues, and unusual title defects.
