About The Role:-

As a Technical Solutions Assistant you will play a pivotal role in understanding

client unique technology requirements and designing and implementing tailored

solutions to meet their needs.


You will collaborate with clients and partner technical experts to ensure the successful deployment of IT solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of technology, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.


You will focus on finding the best sourcing routes for specific hardware requirements, working to achieve the most competitive price and lead times with the relevant partners. You will be responsible for utilizing CRM, producing quotes, invoicing clients, delivery reports. It will be your responsibility to ensure all related business process documentation is up to date and relevant.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest technology trends, products, and services to recommend the most suitable solutions for clients.
  • Engagement: Engage with clients in parallel with the Head of Sales, to understand their technical needs, challenges, and objectives, to build strong relationships and trust. Conduct technical demos to prospective clients.
  • Be structured and organised by ensuring the everyday workflow of responsibilities is maintained using CRM tools, weekly report outs to clients, monitoring mailboxes, use of Frameworks portals and creation of sales documentation.
  • Support: Provide post-implementation technical support to clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the optimal functioning of deployed solutions.
  • Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design custom technology solutions that align with the client and their budgetary requirements.
  • Offer training and guidance to clients on using and maintaining the technology solutions. Downtime to be used with vendor training.
  • Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve yourself and others within the organisation whilst also optimising technology solutions and client satisfaction.


Personal Experience:-

  • Experience in designing and implementing IT solutions for clients.
  • Proficient in technical solutions relevant to the companies partners’ products and services, ie hardware, software, cloud services, and network technologies.
  • Experience in sales or a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Strong commitment to client satisfaction and service excellence.
