Technical Security Systems Engineer
Location:- Home Working some visits to Manchester
Salary:- £60-65k + 10% Bonus + Bens
Environment:- Telecoms, Cloud, SAAS, UCAAS, Network Security, Systems Security, Security Tools, Crowdstrike, Honeypot, M365 Defender tools, Firewall Implementation, Networks, Design, Implementation, Maintenance.
An experienced Technical Security Engineer is required by this provider of Telecoms and Managed Cloud Services.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Network Security Consultant who is used to maintaining large scale networks, applications and systems within the company.
Day to day duties include:-
Design, Implement and maintain security systems to protect the company systems and networks
Develop and maintain security standards and procedures
Ensuring Security Tooling is evaluated, designed and managed across the company
Act as escalation point during security incidents and maintaining security logs identifying threats
Act as the company Subject Matter Expert with regards to the Security Controls and Tools
Managing Security relationships across other areas of the business and stakeholders
Working to the relevant risk and security frameworks in the business
