We are currently working with a medium-sized commercial fit-out contractor who is looking to engage a Technical Services Manager for a variety of live and upcoming works in Central London on commercial office buildings. They are experiencing a period of growth and are expanding their teams due to a number of recent project wins.
You will be the Technical Services Manager appointed to a large-scale commercial project and will be tasked with managing M&E subcontractors, maintaining high engineering standards while reporting progress to a Lead Technical Services Manager and the client.
My client will consider experienced candidates from M&E or Main Contractors as long as you have experience on commercial fit-out schemes.
This is an opportunity to get a foot in the door with a well-connected contractor who is turning over £30m and has longstanding client relationships.
