With operations across NorthAmerica, APAC, and Europe.Role Overview:As a Technical Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in theimplementation of our software and hardware solutions, ensuring seamlessinstallation and providing top-notch training services to our clients. Thisposition offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with project teams,manage project scope, and deliver exceptional customer service.Additionally, you will have the chance to stay abreast of emergingtechnologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of ourofferings.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Project Management to align operational considerationswith customer requirements. This involves consulting on systemconfigurations and recommending strategies to maximize operationalefficiencies while leveraging the full capabilities of our productline.Manage project scope, documentation, and communication withstakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring that projectdocumentation is clear, concise, and sufficient to guide all partiesinvolved, as well as identifying and mitigating project risks.Configure and test system configurations to optimize efficiency andconsistency. You will leverage your technical expertise to ensure that oursolutions are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.Conduct training sessions and provide end-user assistance during liveoperations. Your dedication to customer service will be demonstratedthrough your ability to deliver comprehensive training and supportservices.Coordinate with client teams to enhance implementation and trainingprocesses. By collaborating closely with our clients, you will contributeto the development of best practices and drive continuous improvement inour service delivery.Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution for customerissues. Your strong problem-solving abilities will be put to the test asyou address technical challenges and ensure timely resolution.Stay updated on software releases, new features, and functionalities.You will play a crucial role in keeping our team informed about the latestdevelopments in our product offerings, enabling us to deliver cutting-edgesolutions to our clients.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent workexperience.2 to 3 years of experience in system support or implementation forhospitality products.Dedication to customer service with excellent communicationskills.Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changingpriorities.Proficiency in Linux and Windows command line tools, networktroubleshooting, and system administration.Programming experience in Java or Python is desired.Experience in the hospitality industry with PMS and/or POS systemspreferred.Ability to travel 75-90% of the time within EMEA with varying workhours.
