Technical Support Assistant (Electronics)

£35,000 + training + mentorship + progression + excellent holidays + early finish Fridays
Are you someone with a background in Technical Sales and experience in electronics? Are you interested in joining a rapidly growing company that offers specialized services to top OEMs and provides opportunities for career advancement into a Head of Department position, dealing with esteemed clients such as Samsung and Siemens?
Are you looking to develop your knowledge, whilst working with a diverse client portfolio within the Aerospace, Avionics, and Robotics sectors, taking ownership for the delivery of the most reliable and cost-effective solutions to customers?
You will be involved in the establishment and delivery of technical support to high end customers and the maintenance of strong customer relations. You will conduct market research to conceive new business opportunities, whilst being the first POC for customers.
The Role:
Deliver technical assistance to clients
Assist in the preparation of sales quotes and proposals
Manage technical inquiries from customers
Establish and maintain strong customer relations
Conduct market research to identify new business ventures
Offer post-sales support to customers
The Person:
Technical Sales or Support experience
Electronics/Mechanical background
