£24,000-29,000 + Training + Progression + Days Based Role + Holiday

With multiple sites, this company have been going for over 20 years and specialise in the renewable energy industry. With increased government backing and a boom in the industry, they have grown from strength to strength, and are continuing to see ongoing year on year growth with extensive plans moving forward. As such they are now looking to take on a Technical Support Engineer to help them continue their growth.
In this varied, office based role, you will be required to deal with technical queries from customers or installers for any issues they have with the product, aiming to remotely diagnose and solve the problem wherever possible. You would also be involved in remotely talking installers through the commissioning of the product. You may also liaise with the R&D department to work on product improvements or new product development.
