Technical Support Engineer (Renewable Energy)

£35,000 - £45,000 + Training + Progression + Flexible Work + Pension + Holidays

This established company provides a leading product in the battery energy storage sector, assisting clients in achieving crucial Net Zero targets. They are passionate about leading the way in developing the sector and creating innovative solutions for power companies across the UK to become more sustainable.
In this role you will provide specialist support for engineers and customers installing energy storage products across the UK. It can require site visits to understand the specific environment and requirement for each customer but will be predominantly office based.
The ideal candidate has previous experience as an electrician having done installation work on commercial, industrial and domestic sites, with a strong customer service background. They will be able to provide clear, concise instructions while working under pressure having a strong understanding of Health and Safety requirements.

The role:
*Providing engineer support for contracted installations.
*Liaising with clients and engineers to ensure contracts are fulfilled correctly.
*Attending site visits when required to have a full understanding of customer installations.
The candidate:
*Experience as an electrician/electrical engineer.
*Customer support experience over the phone.
*Understanding of regulations and health and safety requirements.
*Passionate about renewable energy.
