OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW

ZeroFox seeks a dynamic and creative Technical Trainer to support customer-facing and internal training. This individual will create and deliver consistent, world-class training experiences for our customers, MSSP partners, and internal employees. This position in London will support international enterprises and MSSP partners, with a secondary focus on North American clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in training content creation and delivery, specifically focusing on cybersecurity and/or threat intelligence. In addition to having proven experience delivering training in a fast-paced environment, qualified candidates must possess a growth mindset, strong leadership and communication skills, and a great attitude.

A background or experience in Intelligence is a significant plus.

Role and responsibilities
  • Help build out ZeroFox’s current training program for multi-modal delivery, in-person, online, and hybrid solutions
  • Deliver various training events (including onboarding, product upskilling, mentoring, and knowledge sharing) and guide advocates through program changes
  • Update knowledge base items, training materials, and QA forms
  • Guide, direct, and set training priorities to meet milestones and other schedule requirements
  • Assist with developing, maintaining, evaluating, and improving training programs, materials, and resources such as software manuals, quick reference guides, and online learning modules
  • Monitor student enrollment and attendance; prepare records of training activities and student progress
  • Build and maintain assessment and feedback mechanisms to validate learning and engagement, and identify areas for improvement
  • Build strong relationships with customers and across ZeroFox business units
  • Work with Sales, Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Product, and Customers to define individual customer requirements, engagement schedules, and execution milestones
  • Deliver technical content (across multiple products) to different audience levels for internal, customer, and MSSP partners via onsite/in-person and virtual classroom, as well as recorded formats such as LMS courses and knowledge based videos
  • Learn technical products quickly with minimal supervision – collaborate with diverse stakeholders including Product Management, Engineer, Sales, Product Marketing, etc.
  • Identify and communicate any training session trends, challenges, or obstacles
  • Help evaluate customer training requirements and implement a roadmap for continuous improvement
  • Provide configuration guidance post-training to ensure successful ongoing usage and value
Required qualifications and skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role in enterprise SaaS, typically obtained in 3+ years
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients
  • Excellent customer relationships, project management and organizational skills – ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines
  • Experience creating and delivering technical training content in various formats (instructor-led, on-demand, and interactive eLearning, recorded “how to” videos, etc.)
  • Experience delivering technical training to both internal and external (e.g. customer and partner) audiences
  • Experience with the creation and delivery model for Computer Based Training (CBT) via Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed, in accordance with health & safety guidelines; 10%-15% travel is expected
Desired qualifications and skills
  • Previous experience or working knowledge in Threat Intelligence.
  • Written and spoken fluency in Spanish and/or French
  • Knowledge of data analytics, dashboards, and reporting
  • Working knowledge of various tools: Docebo, Monday.com, SalesForce, Superset, and Zendesk.
  • Bachelor’s or Graduate degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber, or other similar background
  • Propensity to thrive on change and general dissatisfaction with the “status quo”, founded on the belief that great is better than good
  • Past experience working in training, technical support, and/or configuration capacity

  • This position may entail up to 10-15% travel
  • This role is based out of our office in London (hybrid)
  • This role requires occasional work on nights and weekends as needed
