🚨 Tech Director – Exec Search – Up to £120k base – 40% comms - EMI options 🚨
My client, a 25+ head Executive Search / Light-Search specialist, are on the lookout for a Director to join their London branch & spearhead the growth of their Technology function.
As it stands, they have a fantastic network across Financial Services, Insurance, Technology & Legal based clients - across which there is already huge Technology demand. Your role will be to work across their database (unrestricted), selling the exec tech services.
In this role, you will be reporting into the Company Founder / MD, focusing on the below
🟠 Origination: With a blend of leveraging your existing relationships & working across my clients database – winning exclusive / retained business, focusing solely on fees of £50k+
⚪️ Execution: There is a delivery team in place to assist with this also
🟠 Team expansion: My client see the Technology function being a key growth aspect of their business, once your feet are under the table, you will be given significant budget to hire (graduate & experienced)
