OVERVIEW:
• You will be working as a lawyer within our award-winning Intellectual Property, Data Protection and Technology team, responsible for a global portfolio of clients.
• Applications are sought from Technology Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years PQE experience in a data protection or technology focussed role.
• You will be reviewing, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts including development, outsourcing, procurement contracts and frameworks.
• You will have first class academics and have gained your experience within a top tier City or National law firm.
• Passionate, bright with strong commercial acumen, the successful candidate will have a solid track record in drafting and negotiating technology agreements, working on outsourcing projects, advising on data protection, e-commerce and non-contentious IP matters.
