Telecoms Engineer
Birmingham (Hybrid & covering wider Midlands)
Up to £30,000 per annum + Training Opportunities + Van & Fuel Card

Originally starting as a Telecommunications solutions provider, this business has grown its excellent industry reputation and has now branched out into providing security services. The business prides itself on its innovative and collaborative company culture and aims to continue growing through providing an excellent level of service to their Midlands-wide customer base. They're now looking to hire a Telecoms engineer with a passion for professional development to work alongside their experienced engineers.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and ideally have experience maintaining and installing traditional or cloud-based telephony systems.

The Role:
Supporting customers across the midlands through installing and maintaining connectivity solutions (e.g., Zillion cloud products).
Split between traveling to customer/client sites and providing remote support.
Diagnose issues onsite and remotely.
Hybrid role: typically, 3 days in the field, 2 days providing remote support (in office and from home).
Up to £30,000 per annum, company van, mobile, laptop, monthly on-call rota.
The Person:
Experience with traditional PBX systems or cloud-based systems.
Cabling experience desirable.
Candidates with differing telecoms experience will be considered.
Passion for providing excellent customer service.
Based near Birmingham.
Full driving licence and happy to travel patch (wider Midlands; max 2 hours from office).
