Job Description of Telecoms engineer - Self Employed

1. You will be given full and ongoing training in the role, and also be fully supported throughout your working day by a dedicated service centre.
2. You will be working on a long term self-employed basis.
3. Day to Day duties - To install broadband, TV services, resolve broadband faults, and optimize speed in our customer's premises on behalf of our clients which include TalkTalk and BT.
4. The successful candidate will have an interest in Telecoms / broadband / IT.
5. You will undertake shifts on a Rotational basis with the option of flexible working.
6. In this Field based position you will be driving from one job to another providing the above services with a keen focus on customer service.
7. Our client is running a training course for this Telecoms Field engineer / broadband Field engineer / IT Field engineer position which will last for two weeks.
8. Previous experience within the Telecoms Field / broadband Field / IT Field would be beneficial, however an interest within either IT / Telecoms / broadband would be sufficient.

Key responsibilities of Telecoms engineer - Self Employed

1. You need to have a full UK driver's license with no more than 6 points and have held this for at least two years.
2. You will be Friendly, Customer focused and desire to resolve customer's Issues.
3. You must be interested in IT, broadband, Telephony and digital TV technology.
