Job Description
A Telecoms Field Engineer is required to join an expanding global telecoms specialist, working nationwide in a remote position.
The successful candidate requires in-depth hands-on experience in VOIP technologies, server hardware, operating systems and software packages
Job Requirements:
installing & maintaining all types of hardware.
Installing desktops to wireless systems and network infrastructure.
Provide customers with regular communication on the progress of their planned solution.
Work closely with all members of the department to provide swift response and resolutions.
The successful candidate will have:
Exceptional customer service, communication and support skills are essential
Knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
Experience in Server and desktop builds.
Knowledge of a wide variety of ICT hardware. e.g. desktops, laptops, notebooks, printers
Understanding of structured cabling or Wi-Fi connectivity e.g. routers, switches, Wireless Access Points (WAP) and managed cabling.
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch
Fully remote.
Up to £40,000 depending on experience.
