Supply Chain Administrator Leeds £I am currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator position with a leading national retailer based within their Leeds Head office. Sitting within the Supply Chain Management team, this role has a big part to play in managing inbound and outbound purchase orders to maintain constant availability of product. Raise weekly PO’s and issue to the China office Produce weekly sales reports using Excel Regular communication with suppliers to ensure deliveries on are on time and arrive as per PO. Liaising with China office on delivery & stock updates Review sales data of new lines and action accordingly Detail oriented with the ability to manage data effectively Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; especially advanced Excel using VLOOKUP’s and Pivot Tables Ability to manage a varied workload, conflicting deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
