The Supply Chain Administrator will work closely with the Head of Supply, playing a key role in supporting the overall supply chain operations. This role involves maintaining seamless operations and contributing to selected supply chain projects. As the Supply Chain Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact and coordinator for our third-party logistics providers, ensuring smooth communication and effective collaboration. Handle all aspects of order processing and maintain the sales system in coordination with the database manager. Serve as the main liaison with third-party logistics providers for the chilled business, contributing to quarterly reviews and performance assessments as a Supply Chain Administrator. Coordinate with customers and logistics suppliers to manage delivery schedules and address any discrepancies. As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will analyse causes of wastage and manage supplier chargebacks in line with agreed terms and conditions. The ideal candidate for the Supply Chain Administrator position will be either a recent graduate with a technical degree or have practical experience in retail or logistics. The Supply Chain Administrator should also be adept at prioritizing tasks and making informed decisions. Strong practical thinking with a sharp eye for detail and data interpretation. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
