Waterford City Fordare recruiting a Telesales Agent for their busy Commercial Sales Department.

The successful candidate will be working alongside our Commercial Sales Team and Marketing Team to pre-book sales appointments with our customers, arranging suitable appointment times, logging customer queries and conducting post booking sales calls.
This is a customer service position, not cold calling.
Responsibilities Following up Commercial Sales Opportunities/Leads by Phone.
Scheduling Test Drive Bookings.
Logging customer queries Conduct post sales appointments by phone Promote our Sales and Accessories Department Assist Sales Department achieve targets Requirements: Friendly, outgoing, confident personality Excellent telephone manner Good customer service skills Have strong computer skills Knowledge of cars/motor industry a bonus (full training will be given) Full training will be provided.
