Job Description

Telesales Assistant Leominster As a Telesales Assistant, you'll provide first class customer service by promptly dealing with a variety of customer requests using a variety of media. Processing and generating sales orders whilst maintaining, developing and growing the Tyrrells customer base - always abiding by the companies disciplines and procedures. As a Telesales Assistant, some of your responsibilities will include: Promptly and efficiently answering all telephone calls both from internal and external customers Processing sales orders received via various media’s onto Microsoft Dynamics, promptly, accurately and efficiently Effectively maximising sales opportunities and up selling at every opportunity by educating and informing customers of new products and initiatives Identifying and converting new business opportunities by systematically covering designated areas Assisting the implementation of wider company strategies such as delivery efficiency planning and Inflationary Pressure Management Attending company meetings to ensure all values and behaviours are instilled and practiced daily With a good eye for and attention to detail, you’ll need to be a confident communicator who thrives on the challenge of hitting the numbers. Previous experience in a telesales role particularly within an outbound sales environment essential. Hours of work are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Own transport is essential due to our idyllic, rural location.
