We are a global outdoor events organisation who for 45+ Years have been dedicated to creating unforgettable outdoor experiences. As part of our expanding team, you will play a pivotal role in establishing crucial first negotiations with potential clients world-wide, In-particular we are expanding across the DACH region. Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

We are currently seeking very experienced telesales/telemarketer executives to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, specifically in the Recruitment and Financial Service industry. As a tele sales executive/telemarketer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients over the phone, generating new leads, and closing deals.

Tasks

  • Conduct a minimum 100 daily outbound sales calls to potential clients.
  • Identify and pitch to director level decision makers at major Blue Chip companies.
  • Work closely with the project director to generate new leads and close deals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
  • Use CRM software to manage and track leads, and to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years tele sales experience
  • Proven track record of success in telesales to directors.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Results-oriented mindset and the ability to work towards and exceed targets.
