Key Responsibilities: Make proactive outbound telesales calls to both qualified prospects and existing customers. Maintain and update customer and prospect information in the NetSuite CRM system. Cultivate and sustain client relationships to generate new business, re-engage past customers, and elicit enquiries. Develop in-depth knowledge of the product range to address customer needs effectively and influence purchasing decisions. Work closely with the internal sales team to produce quotations and respond swiftly to customer enquiries. Keep detailed records and notes of calls in the NetSuite CRM system for future reference. Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience as a telesales executive or in a similar sales role. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas over the phone. Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems. Exceptional communication skills with a results-oriented and persistent approach. Resilient and patient, with the ability to handle rejection and effectively influence customers. Strong attention to detail and effective teamworking skills.
