Telesales - Lead Generators

Rugby
Salary:
£20,000 per annum plus uncapped commission!! (Realistic 1styear OTE £45K)
Hours:
Mon - Fri 09.00 - 16.00
We are looking for highly motivated, outgoing individuals who are excellent communicators with a confident telephone manner to join this vibrant organisation to further grow the success of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Telephoning prospective clients to generate sales leads.
Accurately record and update database information.
The role is not limited to the above as our client is expanding and there will be opportunities to develop and grow with the business.
Relevant training will be provided.
Person Specification:
Previous sales experience is preferred but
not
essential, however we are looking for the following characteristics and skills:
Motivated, happy and outgoing.
Excellent communication skills with a clear, confident telephone manner.
Strong influencing skills with the ability to overcome objections.
Organised and timely.
