Associate Recruitment Consultant Location: Manchester City Centre, UK Type: Permanent Are you passionate about people and looking for your first role within the recruitment industry? As an Associate Recruitment Consultant at Maxwell Bond, you will be responsible for identifying great talent and placing them into exciting opportunities with the companies that you’ll be working with. It’ll also be your job to seek and secure new business opportunities, alongside utilising the in-depth training that you’ll receive to build lasting relationships with both candidates and clients. Communicate with a whole host of organisations to understand their technology recruitment objectives and requirements. Build and maintain a strong network of technology professionals. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both your clients and candidates, from initial contact to placement. A passion for IT/technology, Technology Sales or Sustainability/Renewable Energy and the latest technology advancements and trends. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
