Overview: Job Title: Recruitment Consultant Division: Northern Ireland Nursing Location: Belfast Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 + Commission What we are looking for: We are seeking a team player who will join our established Nursing recruitment division and who will have an excellent customer first attitude and experience of delivering and developing new business/client relationship within the nursing recruitment space in Northern Ireland. As a recruitment consultant you will be responsible for: Sourcing candidates to be placed within the nursing market. Screening and qualifying candidates, to ensure they meet client requirements. Generation of new business. Building rapport and maintaining relationships with candidates & clients. Building and maintaining the candidate database.
