Job Advertisement: Tenancy Sustainment Officer (Full Time, Fixed Term Until January 2025)Position: Tenancy Sustainment OfficerLocation: WorksopContract: Full Time, Fixed Term until January 2025Salary: 18-21hr Via umbrellaWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our client's team on a full-time basis until January role is vital in supporting our clients tenants and homeless families in there temporary accommodation.Key Responsibilities:• Tenant Support: Provide comprehensive support to tenants, for previously homeless individuals.• Housing Management: Oversee the housing management of the including conducting fire alarm tests and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.• Temporary Accommodation Support: Assist homeless families residing in council-provided temporary accommodation, managing license agreements and offering ongoing support to help them sustain their tenancy.Requirements:• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a housing or homelessness support context.• Strong understanding of tenancy sustainment and housing management.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide effective support to vulnerable individuals.• Ability to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to housing.Benefits:• Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community.• Collaborative and supportive work environment.If this role is of interest please give Tiyana a call on 0121 790 0980
