Territory Sales Manager – Falls Management and Pressure Area Care Scotland (includes Cumbria and Northumbria) Healthcare Salary £40,000 to £50,000 basic, £16k uncapped OTE Long established manufacturer of falls management and PAC products Great reputation for product quality and customer service Attractive, fun culture and progression opportunity through the company Scotland, Cumbria and North East (candidate location needs to be Scotland) Will consider a Physio or Occupational Therapist seeking a new challenge THE ROLE : The right candidate will be a part of a sales team focussed within the community, hospitals and local authorities. You will be responsible for implementing the sales strategy put in place from the National Sales Director, focusing on the full range of falls management and pressure area care range of products and additionally some of their pressure area care portfolio. Typical stakeholders you will engage with are commissioners, partnership managers, procurement, occupational therapists. physios, OTs, nurses, manual handling and clinical leads. Time will be mostly focussed within local authorities, falls teams, alarms teams and community equipment / loan stores. Full company and product training will be provided. They provide a range of falls management and pressure area care devices and that they are currently seeking to recruit a driven, ambitious, mouldable, confident, credible and career focussed community sales or clinical professional to join their sales team and help to manage and grow their business within Scotland, the North East and Cumbria. REQUIREMENTS: Either someone who has been selling devices, equipment or consumables into the above community environments or alternatively a Physio or OT with a good working anatomy and physiology awareness who is seeking a new challenge in a field-based sales role. Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points on it.
