Job Description
- You will be responsible for testing setup/preparation/manufacture/modification of test rigs, tooling or test samples.
- Supporting the Senior Test Engineer to prepare for tests and report results.
- You will support in facility management and 5S deployment in the department.
- There will be occasional overnight travel required to support external testing.
- You shall support the Mechanical Test Lab, with testing and issue resolution.
- You will also support the work of the business to establish safe working practices and necessary level of documentation.
- You will be involved with projects from the planning / assembly / instrumentation / commissioning phase through to successfully performing and reporting the test.
- You will have a minimum of 3 years test experience across key areas of the role.
- Have a background of working in a Test environment within an Engineering company.
Good report writing skills including status and progress reporting.
