Job summary We are seeking x2 Fitter/Testers to join the Fuels section of our Aerospace client based in Titchfield, Fareham on a PAYE contract basis. Successful candidates should demonstrate cooperation, flexibility, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision once trained.Key Responsibilities: Precise fitting of aerospace components using various techniquesEfficient production of work within cost parametersProactive communication, including asking for clarification when neededMaintaining a clean and productive working areaDemonstrating a cooperative and flexible attitude Requirements: Previous assembly experienceProficiency in understanding and following detailed drawingsExcellent hand dexterityWillingness to learn and adapt Preferred Experience: Prior experience in fuel testingAerospace assembly experience PAYE Rates + Holiday Pay: MT4 Core days £15.15 rising to £15.61 Overtime x1.5 Sundays x2MT5 Core days £15.76 rising to £16.24 Overtime x1.5 Sundays x2MT6 Core days £16.28 rising to £16.77 Overtime x1.5 Sundays x2 Grading will be based on experience, and rates are scheduled to increase in April.
