Nursery Nurse-The Learning Experience UK SALARY: £24,000-£27,00

Complete observations and assessments and deliver engaging activities and learning opportunities by using The Learning Experience LEAP programme and channelling the children’s individual interests and needs. Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication with all stakeholders of the nursery and wider TLE community including parent’s professionals and colleagues. Deliver outstanding care experiences for all children, which meet their individual needs and supports them as a whole. Assess and review individual children, in order to meet their personal needs, interests and stages of development. Implement an effective key person approach. Provide an enabling environment, both indoors and outdoors; that is rich and includes continuous provision. To ensure that child records, such as learning diaries/next steps and individual folders are kept up to date. To ensure key children have planned observations monthly completed and termly reports completed. To build up relationships
