Job Description
The TikTok Content Team Coordinator for Web3 will lead and coordinate the development of compelling and informative content related to the Web3 industry in a multilingual team.
This role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of Web3 trends, social media dynamics, and the ability to drive engagement through creative and educational content on the TikTok platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok content strategy for the Web3 space.
- Align content plans with the latest industry trends, regulatory updates, and market dynamics, as well as commercial content.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and coordinate a team of content creators, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and support to enhance the team's creativity and effectiveness.
Web3 Education:
- Create content that educates and informs the TikTok audience about various aspects of Web3, blockchain, and decentralized finance (DeFi)
Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on Web3 market trends, news, and developments.
- Integrate market insights into content strategy to maintain relevance and engagement.
Collaboration with Experts:
- Coordinate with Web3 experts, analysts, and influencers for collaborative content creation.
- Facilitate interviews, discussions, and educational sessions for the TikTok audience.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure that all content adheres to industry regulations and complies with TikTok's guidelines.
- Mitigate potential risks associated with Web3 content.
Performance Metrics:
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and content reach.
- Provide regular reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in content creation and social media management, with a focus on Web3.
- Deep understanding of the Web3 market, blockchain technology, and industry dynamics.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with the ability to simplify complex Web3 concepts for a broad audience.
