The UK FMCG team manages over 200 active merchants across F&B, Health, Home Care and Personal Care. The focus of the team is merchant acquisition and management of small and medium businesses to ensure an increasing range of products for our creators through a targeted and systematic merchant onboarding process and existing merchants development.

Responsibilities
- Identifying, prioritising and recruiting merchants and onboarding them to e-commerce platform.
- Drive and manage the merchant partnership and experience end-to-end, including continuous merchant development.
- Work with creators and presenters to produce high quality eCommerce content driving GMV through detailed operations work.
- Utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritise solutions.

Qualifications

Requirements:
- Relevant relevant experience in large ecommerce platforms, leading consulting or Internet companies.
- Strong knowledge of the UK FMCG industry landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.

Preferred Requirements:
- Fast learner with a strong can-do attitude.
- Strong stress management and time management skills, can always task prioritize and deliver results efficiently.
- Eager to win, growth driven, business mindset, result driven.
- Strong sense of social content (livestream and short-video is a preference), content marketing, influencers, and creativity in the categories.
