System Administrator – TM1
Milton Keynes

Finance Systems are currently looking for a driven Planning/TM1 analyst to take on an exciting opportunity that offers a chance to be a key member of the Group Finance team within a fast paced and complex environment. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to provide deep insight into business performance, supporting commercial decisions, and define reporting requirements.
The candidate in this role will oversee the administration and ongoing support of the TM1/Planning analytics environment and will ensure that finance is able to get the most out of the system to plan, analyse and make the business decisions.
In this role, you can expect to:
• Collaborate to generate reports by collaborating across important group functions involving finance, human resources, and information technology.
• Be responsible for responding to and promptly resolving daily inquiries.
• Deliver ongoing improvement across all reporting processes and systems, including, where necessary, close collaboration with outside experts.
• Review the output of the systems' reports and consult the manager of the reporting systems to address any problems.
• Coordinate server maintenance and upgrade efforts with IT.
• Ownership of Dimension Maintenance, Security and Administration and UAT.
• Keeping track of paperwork and communication for change management
• Develop and oversee end-user training.
Experience and knowledge:
• Experience of administering TM1/Planning analytics environments. Other systems administration would be acceptable.
• Currently studying or willing to study for an AAT qualification.
• Strong excel skills including advanced formula and excel VBA.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment working with all areas of the business.
• Knowledge of using or administering Power BI.
• Other skills/experience that is desirable are:
• Experience working in a finance environment.
