Hunter Savage is currently partnering with this leading global law firm to recruit an experienced TMT Lawyer into either of their Scottish offices. This is a unique opportunity to drive your career and work for this leading Tier 1 TMT team and be part of one of the UK's most established TMT practices and work alongside leading partners and work on cutting edge TMT projects with clients to cover big data, medtech, infratech and fintech with international and national clients. This role would suit an experienced TMT Lawyer 4 + years PQE.

The Role


Ideally you will be leading on large TMT projects and negotiations for clients which will cover technology, telecoms, digital law and projects to cover medtech, big data, fintech etc.


The Person


Ideally you will meet the following criteria


- Qualified Solicitor - Ideally 4 + years PQE (would maybe consider someone with a lower level of PQE)


- Strong commercial expereince either within in-house or within a leading commercial practice


- Experience of leading on TMT negotiations and projects


- Very strong negotiation and communication skills
