Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Create and distribute all player entry packs for all Matchroom Multi Sport eventsMain point of contact for all participants/athletes in the eventsManage players contracts alongside legal teamLiaise with players to support their tournament and playing requirements Distribute player patches to individuals and third party promotersCoordinate player visa letter requestsLiaise with accounting team for player payments and refundsCreate and manage player entry spreadsheetsOnsite at events, support event operations and player logistics Skills and Experience:Strong organisational skills with high attention to detailsStrong IT skills including confident on Microsoft office suiteAttention to detail in own work Strong administrative skillsStrong communicative skills Willingness to be flexible on days/hours workedAbility to multi-taskAbility to travel to multiple countries and be away for lengthy periodsNote:Overseas travel is required to the USA/Asia/EuropeDuring non-event periods this is a full time office based role in Brentwood, Essex, UKHours will be variable
