Our client is currently seeking a Trademark legal Assistant to join their team within their London office. This newly created position presents an ideal opportunity for individuals seeking experience in private practice. The ideal candidate will possess a positive and motivated attitude, coupled with excellent organisational skills.
The successful candidate will have the chance to work with an exciting portfolio of clients, ranging from SMEs to large multinationals, across diverse markets including sports, food, drink, fashion, and technology. Working closely with the Partners of the firm, you will provide support in various trademark services, including reviewing watching notifications, handling prosecution and contentious matters, and international portfolio management.
This opportunity offers a stimulating and varied role with real-world experience. Candidates should ideally hold at least a 2:1 (or equivalent) Law Degree.
