As Trade Manager, you will be responsible for building and delivering the trade and events calendar throughout the year. This is a customer-centric role and you will be part of surprising and delighting customers, while also driving key organisational metrics.
You will also be working closely with partner organisations as well as with internal teams to deliver marketing campaigns and activations.
What you’ll be doing
- Building and owning the trade calendar, leading customer centric events throughout the year.
- Driving bigger baskets and more frequent shopping missions.
- Coordinating across our marketing, CRM, buying, supply chain and analytics teams to deliver excellent customer moments.
- Building strong relationships with partner organisations and working together to build marketing campaigns
- Driving income through selling advertising space on our platform
- Build and streamline processes - we are growing so our processes need to be built to scale.
- Running and analyzing the data from activations and marketing campaigns to provide insight for future campaigns
What you’ll bring:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills as you will be leading on cross-functional events, activations, marketing and insights.
- A collaborative spirit and a ‘can-do’ attitude. You can easily shift from planning to rolling up your sleeves and executing, to deliver results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyse and draw out insights from data, especially where there is a high level of ambiguity.
- Organised and attention to detail.
- Experience working with external partners, ideally in a FMCG environment
