Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience in parts sales, preferably in the automotive industry but not a deal breaker!
- Strong ability to engage and communicate effectively with trade customers
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive communication skills
- Understanding of automotiveparts and products
- Team-oriented mindset
- Genuine passion for customer service
- Motivational skills, experience and behaviours to lead a trade partssales team
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Mercedes-Benz parts and accessories
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge, including features and benefits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers to ensure repeat business
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, aligning with customer requirements
- Day to day successful management of the trade parts team
- Reporting daily to the trade parts manager
Necessary Qualifications and Skills
- Competitive basic salary and commission scheme - OTE up to £45000
- Previous experience in a telephone sales role, automotive parts sales preferred
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Good working knowledge of computers and sales CRM systems
- Commitment to achieving excellent sales results
- Experience managing a team
- Legal right to work in the UK
