TRADEMARK PARALEGAL - CITY BASED £37,000

Working alongside a team of 5 fee earners, this role is for someone who enjoys working with a high degree of independence, responsible for support and case management for trade mark clearance, prosecution and maintenance matters, as well as related projects. The role holder will be encouraged to exercise good analytical skills, independent judgement and discretion in a role which involves frequent communication with clients.
Responsibilities include trade mark formalities and filing requirements in primary European jurisdictions, trade mark watch and search, oppositions and invalidity proceedings, docketing, due diligence and file audit functions.
