We are currently seeking a Trading Manager/AVP Trading to join our dynamic Trading team, considering applications from both Trading Manager and AVP Trading levels. We're in search of an ambitious, driven individual with a solid grasp of the aviation market. The ideal candidate will showcase exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive problem-solving approach. Responsibilities:

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our internal trading strategies to maximise our market potential. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying, preparing, and implementing specific internal trading strategies.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop bespoke trading strategies for aircraft and engines.
  • Managing and centralising market data gathering through our CRM system.
  • Supporting cross-functional internal teams with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Serving as an ambassador for the Trading team both internally and externally.
  • Communicating up-to-date regional market information throughout the team.
  • Seeking out mentorship, advice, and challenging opportunities to learn and grow.

You will ideally need the following:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant aviation experience.
  • Strong organisational skills with a background in commercial or engineering.
  • Proven track record in working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical, finance, or sales background (BSc or equivalent).
  • General understanding of the aircraft and engine aftermarket and MRO landscape.
  • Great communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
