Overview Trading Team Leader: £12.49 rising to £13 per hour. Starting salary equivalent of £22,731.80 rising to £23,660 per year, plus overtime. Our store in Exeter is looking for a minimum 35 hrs per week Trading Team Leader. As a Trading Team Leader at Dunelm, your main focus will be a wonderful combination of both the customer and our products, you’ll have a keen eye for merchandising knowing exactly what our customers want and when. Our Team Leaders are a fundamental part of the leadership team in store. They are truly valued members of the managerial team, trusted with whole store responsibilities, such as key holding, rotas, cash handling and hosting whole store team briefs. You will also contribute to the recruitment of new colleagues, their training and support them throughout each day.
