Trainee 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Technician
Plymouth
£24,000 - £26,000 + training + progression + bonus + hybrid / remote

You will be responsible for troubleshooting IT desktop support issues, supporting colleagues across the UK with software faults; identifying the roost cause and implementing corrective actions.
The role:
Provide 1st line support to over 400 users, troubleshooting with Microsoft 365, and other software issues
Installing computer software, hardware, systems and networks
Visit other sites when necessary to assist with office IT equipment set up and migration
Set up accounts for staff, solve password problems
Work with suppliers to provide solutions
The person:
Either relevant qualification in IT, or any experience in 1st or 2nd line support
Driving License
