You will also require a degree of flexibility due to the nature of the role.Your main role is to provide cover for absent teachers. You will be required to deliver the work that the teacher has set and be confident in managing a classroom of students with ages ranging from 11-18.If you are considering training to become a teacher then the role of Trainee Cover Supervisor can be very helpful in making that final decision.
