Role Summary: To fit in with our team, you will need to be kind, patient, bubbly, good with children, creative, reliable, and share our positive ideals. Success in this role requires determination, drive, resilience, hard work, a happy disposition, and openness to learning from constructive criticism. We have two flexible, self-employed positions available, requiring availability on weekdays and weekends, particularly on Tuesdays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in setting up and breaking down photography equipment and studio space. - Support senior photographers during photo sessions, ensuring a smooth workflow. - Engage with clients, especially children, to create a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. - Edit and retouch photographs to meet our high-quality standards. - Manage and organise digital photo files and client information. - Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the studio space. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills. Essential: - Basic knowledge of photography principles and techniques. - Experience working with children in a professional or volunteer capacity. - Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. - Reliable and punctual with strong organisational skills. Desirable: - Previous experience in a photography studio environment. - Formal education or training in photography. - Experience with newborn and maternity photography. - Knowledge of studio lighting and equipment. - Customer service experience in a client-facing role.
