Role Summary: To fit in with our team, you will need to be kind, patient, bubbly, good with children, creative, reliable, and share our positive ideals. We have two flexible, self-employed positions available, requiring availability on weekdays and weekends, particularly on Tuesdays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in setting up and breaking down photography equipment and studio space. - Support senior photographers during photo sessions, ensuring a smooth workflow. - Engage with clients, especially children, to create a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. - Edit and retouch photographs to meet our high-quality standards. - Manage and organise digital photo files and client information. - Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the studio space. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills. Essential: - Basic knowledge of photography principles and techniques. - Experience working with children in a professional or volunteer capacity. - Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. - Reliable and punctual with strong organisational skills. Desirable: - Previous experience in a photography studio environment. - Formal education or training in photography. - Experience with newborn and maternity photography. - Knowledge of studio lighting and equipment. - Customer service experience in a client-facing role.
