Job Description
We are recruiting Trainee Quantity Surveyors to join our dedicated Cost Management division, based in both our Epping and London offices.
As a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, you will be expected to enrol upon a relevant day release course, to study for a BSc Hons Quantity Surveying.
Upon completion of the first year of the Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship, you will then join the Stace Graduate Development Scheme alongside your studies. This scheme provides structured training that is designed to provide you with the support, guidance and professional experience needed to form the launchpad platform for the start of your career.

You will gain invaluable practical experience, working across a range of projects and sectors and learning to assist with all areas of Cost Management, including but not limited to:
- Preparing budget estimates/cost plans Tendering documents Interim valuations Cost reports and final accounts
