THE ROLE


As a 360 recruitment consultant you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates. You will be given all the tools needed in order to become a successful recruiter, under the guidance of Senior Management, business leaders and Head of L&D. Our top billers are earning in excess of £10,000 - £15,000 in commission per calendar month.


This is more than a sales role, you will be empowered to make creative decisions and be part of a transparent meritocratic environment. You will have complete control of your own path and progression. How quickly you up the ranks, is up to you! A growth mindset is encouraged to enable you to be the best you can be.

WHAT DOES YEAR 1 LOOK LIKE?


Under the guidance of the Learning and Development department, you will patriciate in a 6 - 8 week training programme, built with consultants in mind. You will graduate with the following skillset:


- How to quickly adapt

- Networking strategies

- How to negotiate

- How to learn from failure and build resilience

- How to manage the interview process, independently

- ERP product knowledge

- The full 360 life cycle


You will then transition into a specialist team, where you will absorb market knowledge from the ERP specialists on your desk. You will have Team Leaders, Management & L&D available to you throughout your career for continuous, hands on support. You will be eligible to attend annual all-expenses paid conferences in the US. Typical first year OTE is £50,000 - £80,000.
