As a confident communicator, active listener and with solutions focus you will initiate, build relationships with healthcare professionals, candidates and clients, identify and place the best talent to meet the staffing needs of NHS Trusts and Private Hospitals across the UK and beyond.
No prior experience in recruitment or healthcare is necessary, you will receive comprehensive training, ongoing support, development opportunities, and full investment in your career progression at Globe Locums.
You will be well rewarded; typical on target earnings (OTE): Year 1 £22,500-35,000, Year 2 £35,000-65,000, Year 3 £75,000k+
